Unique customer view

The problem

To aggregate customer’s data collected from different publishing portals and open data  to build  a smart customer knowledge base to be used in CRM.

The solution

Using open source ontologies like W3c Organization Ontology and Schema.Org it is possible to assign a standard semantic to Business Entities.
LinkedData.Center technologies allow to discovery identities between  business entities even when there is no foreign key.

Using identities it is easy to build a unique view that sums the different attributes collected from different data sources, even using Open data to enrich information:
